The benefits are endless when you have a Renogy Power Station 1000. Powered by a 998.4Wh lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery pack, this portable power station has a total output of 2100W. With 12 outlets, the Power Station 1000 lets homeowners and campers power their devices during power outages or outdoor adventures.

The Renogy Power Station 1000 is a reliable and safe power source with exceptional safety features. It is equipped with an EV-grade BMS (Battery Management System) that monitors the battery temperature in real time to ensure safe operation. The BMS also offers a wide range of smart protections, including over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage, and short-circuit protection. Boasting 180X faster thermal conductivity, the Power Station 1000 is great for applications requiring high power levels and in hot climates up to 104℉.

The high-performing 1500W pure sine wave inverter with iBoost mode provides more power to run sensitive appliances, tools, and electronic devices rated up to 3000W. Unlock even more power by connecting two Renogy Power Station 1000 solar generators with a parallel kit to double capacity and increase output. The Renogy Power Station 1000 has 3 recharge modes: AC, solar, and automotive. You can get this portable solar power station recharged from 0% to 80% in as little as 1 hour with a wall outlet.

Plus the built-in Bluetooth module, Renogy Power Station 1000 puts the control in the palm of your hand. You can track real-time power status, turn on/off ambient light, set auto-off timers, or even adjust the recharging speed via the DC Home app.

1. How long does it take to fully charge the Renogy Power Station 1000?

It depends how the Renogy Power Station 1000 gets recharged. There are 3 ways to recharge: 1. Solar - 3 hours with 400W solar panels, 2. Wall-outlet - 1.8 hours, 3. Car port - 9 hours.

2. How many solar panels do I need to top up Renogy Power Station 1000?

The maximum solar input of Renogy Power Station 1000 is 400W. We recommend 2 E. FLEX 220 Solar Panels.

3. Can I use Renogy Power Station 1000 as uninterruptible power supply (UPS)?

Technically speaking, we regard the Renogy Power Station 1000 as a standby power supply (SPS) rather than an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) due to its transfer time. For standby power supply, you can connect the Renogy Power Station 1000 to a wall outlet via the AC input with the included AC power cable. Just briefly press the AC On/Off button to power on the AC Outlets and plug in devices. The SPS mode will automatically activiate. In the event of a power outage, the Renogy 1000 Solar Generator will deliver emergency AC power to the devices with a transfer time of less than 20ms.
Please note that the Renogy Power Station 1000 cannot switch from grid supply to the emergency AC power in less than 0ms like a professional UPS does. We do not advise using the Renogy Power Station 1000 as a UPS for critical devices like data servers or workstations. Make sure that the output load is rated below 1500W.

4. What accessories are included with the Renogy 1000 Solar Power Generator?

The Renogy Power Station 1000 comes with an AC power cable (5.91 ft), a car charge cable (4.92 ft), a solar charge cable (9.84 ft), and a user guide.

5. Will the Renogy Power Station 1000 automatically shut off output ports when it is not in operation?

The Renogy Power Station 1000 features timeout settings, automatically turning off output ports when devices draw low or no power from these ports to save energy. The default timeout setting is 1 hour. Alternatively, you can adjust or disable the timeout setting on  the DC Home App based on your needs.

6. What happens when the AC load exceeds 1500W?

Thanks to iBoost technology, the Renogy Power Station 1000 can automatically identify which type of load that is plugged in. For resistant load, the Renogy Power Station 1000 actively lowers the power consumption drawn by the load to keep it operating without triggering AC overload protection.
For capacity or inductive loads over 1500W, the Renogy Power Station 1000 will be shut off by the AC overload protection. To disable the alarm, disconnect the device from the AC outlet and press the AC On/Off button.
NOTE: The iBoost mode defaults to on. You can enable/disable iBoost with the DC Home App.

7. Are batteries inside the Renogy Power Station 1000 replaceable? Can they be expanded in a certain way?

No, the lithium iron phosphate batteries (LifePO4 batteries) in the Renogy Power Station 1000 cannot be replaced. If you wish to use high-powered appliances with the Renogy Power Station 1000, you can connect two Renogy Power Station 1000's through a single phase or split phase parallel kit (sold separately). With the parallel kit you can get 1997Wh of backup battery storage and a maximum of 2700W AC output.
iStack technology, allows two Renogy Power Station 1000's to intelligently distribute output based on available remaining power to balance capacity.

8. What type of battery cell is used in the Renogy Power Station 1000?

The Renogy Power Station 1000 uses LiFePO4 batteries that have a long lifespan of over 2000 charge cycles.

9. Can this Renogy Power Station 1000 be controlled using an app?

Yes, you can connect to the Renogy Power Station 1000 with the DC Home App for real-time monitoring, adjusting charging speed, control the ambient LED light, and other personalized settings.

10. Can I lower the charging speed when recharging the Renogy Power Station 1000?

Yes, please connect the Renogy Power Station 1000 with the DC Home App via Bluetooth. Then, find the input settings and adjust the charging speed.
