We offer a full refund for orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase if the item has not been shipped. Please note that once the item has shipped we are unable to cancel that order.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the date the item was received to initiate/request a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following conditions: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. If these conditions are not met then we cannot accept the return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at As long as your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns for reasons other than damaged items will receive a full refund less shipping costs.

We will notify you when your return is inspected and if it was accepted. If the return is accepted, a refund will only be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing the order. Please remember, it can take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
